Goodwill offers a variety of programs to train job seekers in the skills they need for today's job markets. Goodwill helps job seekers find and keep good jobs in their communities.
 
 
Workforce Development Department
 
Workforce Development services provide education, training, and job skills so individuals with disabilities or other barriers can become employed. 
 
The Workforce Development staff identifies skills, assesses needs, advises, trains and educates for job readiness and job placement.

Wheels To Work
 
A program funded by the Wayne County Department of Job and Family Services.  The program provides reliable transportation for individuals who are lower economic level, have a child at home or pay child support and who held a job for 6 months.

Intensive on-the- job training, careful guidance and follow-through make it possible to develop real-world job skills so they become self-sufficient.
